Responsibilities
- Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately using customer’s system and our WMS
- Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction
- Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers
- Generate, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
- Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Diploma holder
- At least 1 year customer service experience in third-party logistics industry
- Good communication and writing skills
- Willing to work alternate Saturday (5.25 days’ work week) and at Buroh Crescent (company transport provided at Jurong East)
- Perform overtime when required
- Singaporean only
