Customer Service Officer (3PL / Jurong)

  • Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately using customer’s system and our WMS
  • Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction
  • Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers
  • Generate, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
  • Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Diploma Holder
  • At least 1 year customer service experience in third-party logistics industry
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Willing to work alternate Saturday (5.25 days’ work week)
  • Perform overtime when required
