Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Apply Safety related license and permit for the Group, e.g. P&FM Storage License, P&FM Transportation License, Hazardous Substance Storage Permit, bizSAFE Certificates
  • Assist in preparation of internal and external audit related to renew safety license, QEHS certification audit, CERT audit, Managing HS audit, etc
  • Prepare QEHS related appointment letter and monitor any changes
  • Assist safety team to prepare / laminate safety posters to operational department
  • Assist safety team to prepare EHS inspection and follow up weekly inspection findings with operational department
  • Monitor driver’s safety performance: summons, near miss and accident record
  • File, scan and update of relevant documents, orientation checklist, first aider certificate, CERT certificate, risk register, etc
  • Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to safety department when required
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “O” level / “A” level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Computer literate
  • Basic safety knowledge would be an added advantage
  • Must be a team player
